Intellectual PropertyUpon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project.Sunflower Brands LLC retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, working files, and tools used to create the final work.We reserve the right to display non-confidential work samples in our portfolio or marketing materials.7. Limitation of LiabilitySunflower Brands LLC provides services on a best-effort basis. Refunds & Cancellations PolicyEffective Date: October 1, 20251. OverviewThis Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for services provided by Sunflower Brands LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
We provide marketing and creative retainer services to e-commerce and local businesses.
No physical products are sold through this website.
2. Refunds Before Work BeginsIf you decide to cancel your agreement before services have begun, you are entitled to a 100% refund of any payments made.
Refunds are processed promptly to the original payment method through Stripe.
3. Ongoing Retainer ServicesOur services operate on a retainer basis, billed in recurring monthly cycles.
Each cycle represents a block of reserved time and resources for that period.
Once a billing cycle has begun and work has started, payments for that cycle are non-refundable, even if services are paused or unused.Retainers automatically renew each month until canceled in accordance with Section 4 below.4. Cancellations and Notice PeriodClients may cancel their retainer at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to [email protected]
.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle following that 30-day notice period.
No additional charges will occur after the final cycle is completed.
5. Project Changes or AdjustmentsIf a client requests changes in scope or timing, we’ll work together to adjust the next billing cycle accordingly.
However, partial refunds are not issued for unused weeks or incomplete portions of a cycle.
6. Disputed ChargesIf you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately at [email protected]
so we can resolve the issue.
Chargebacks filed without prior communication may delay resolution.
